i ordered a part from an online store and never received my product. I fled a dispute and was denied because the seller gave them a tracking number. The tracking number was not mine but someone else's in my area. PayPal will not let me explain this. Every time I enter the information it say the case was already closed. I try to contact the seller with no answer. The online store has since been shut down. I guess PayPal doesn't investigate to hard or they would have noticed the store had ben shut down. They just helped scammers steal my money.
