I opened a dispute and escalated it. The seller agreed to refund me, I sent the item back with tracking, the seller has confirmed she got it. I asked to seller if she needed to tell PayPal she received the item, she said there wasn’t an option. The case resolution date keeps getting charged, why won’t PayPal refund me already?
