So I've got a dispute ,its saying PayPal is reviewing, but its saying dispute pending what does that mean ,theres no option to escalate either I just want my money returned, seller sent fake tracking number ,company said doesnt exist ,seller ignoring me to I've been waiting ages I just want my money back

the investigation take 45-60 days. They'll blame Covid for slow response but it's just a load of BS.  There's no way to speed up the transaction.

which dispute did you open?

how long since you opened the dispute?

are you sure you haven't escalated to a claim?
