So basically I posted an Item on depop which a customer bought and I’ve had personal issues which meant I couldn’t sell the item so the customer has opened a dispute which is fine as she needs her refund. However can i not respond the the refund and issue her request back to her with the money on hold which is her money ? When i try to respond to the dispute, It says I can’t as I have no funds in my paypal balance which is correct however can I not send her the money on hold?
