Dispute

Hello,

i am looking for some assitance, i purchased what was supposed to be a 9 piece bedroom set from a seller, when the package arrived it was 1 pillow case that was sent, of course i raised a dispute due to this being completely different to what i ordered.

Paypal has reviewed the case and the seller has advised they will refund when i return the singular pillow case, what iw as wanting to know is who should pay for the shipping ? this was a blatant incorrect item from a seller who was not interested in fixing the issue rather telling me that the item was very popular and i could give it to a friend ...

they address that they had put in the case is fully written in Chinese, how am i suppose to actually return it ? this is all about making it as difficult as possible for me to get my money back.. the dispute is only allowing me to upload the tracking information so i have not been able to get further assistance.

the address given to me is

The item has to be sent to the following shipping address:

is all writen in chinese so i have no idea who to return it too

Try using google to translate the address OR contact customer services for a translation, then you can put the English and Chinese address on the item.

You can copy/paste print and stick on the Chinese version.

In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because....

Paypal state this >>
PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
