I have had a deduction of $31 from my account. I do not recall buying anything in US$ so checked my regular payments and there was nothing for that amount on that date. Delivery was listed as my home address but as I am in lockdown in New Zealand I have not ordered anything for delivery to home. I have checked that nothing has been delivered to home address or to my forwarding address. PayPal has not been helpful they say it is an authorised transaction but have not given me details of the seller. I tried emailing the address but it does not exist and if I google the name in email I get an essay writing service (which I have NEVER used). I have tried going back to resolution page but cannot leave message it just says case closed
