Hi all I placed a claim may 21 against a seller who I have not received my item. They said wait 10 to seller respond and it has been 10 days and it has been 3 days since the deadline and still no refund. I have gotten no update or anything. You can’t call customer service so I’m wondering if anyone can help me. Thanks

As long as you have escalated to a claim then sadly you have to wait it out.

Paypal are at the moment i believe inundated by users that bought tat from Chinese websites or Facebook etc.

I did and it says estimated resolution date June 5 so you think it’ll be solved by then ?
