I am trying to open a dispute for an item I have not received. I have tried phoning numerous times with no answer. I have tried messaging and have been waiting for a response since 10AM this morning. How do I resolve this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
