Thanks for reaching the community for this concern.
Once you have filed a Dispute, you have 20 days to attempt to resolve the issue with your seller utilizing the messaging options in PayPal’s Resolution Center.

Hi. Thank you for reaching out. If you’re a buyer, once you filed for a dispute, we’ll give the merchant a chance to response within 7 days, if they failed to do so, PayPal will take over the case and escalate it to a claim and we’ll give them 10 days to response. If they failed to do so on the second chance, we will need to make a decision and most probably it will be on the buyer’s favor. I hope I answered your question. God speed and stay safe.
