I filed a dispute against a seller because i never received the item, I received the wrong items on saturday and now my case has been denied because I received the items. Now what can I do? I have tried emailing Paypal and calling and i cannot ever talk to a body. Everything is automated.

First see if you can change the claim reason through the resolution center:

Otherwise, try private messaging via social media for help with that:

The problem is, they closed the case so I cant find any way to do anything with it. I tried to open a new claim on it and it does not work.
