I recently open a dispute but seller doesn't respond and I don't claim refund after 20 days the case automatically closed Now I don't receive refund what shoud I do? Next what will happen?

If you only opened a claim, meaning you sent the seller a message and the seller did not respond within the time frame, you should have escalated the claim to a dispute. If you had escalated the claim, PayPal would have sided with you automatically if the seller did not respond within the given time frame. But because you did not escalate the claim, it was automatically closed.
