I had a woman pay for an item though PayPal, but it went to the wrong email and now she is having trouble getting her payment back from PayPal. How long does a dispute take? Wilma
If the payment completed to another persons paypal account then if she filed a dispute for item not received she could escalate to a claim 7 days post payment, then its normally another 10-14 days to be sorted.
