Hello can someone please help i sold an item and buyer paid thru paypal on the 14th june i posted item on 16th of june and sent her proof of post she has now put a claim in stating that she hasnt recieved item... I have used the track and trace on the post office website and it says that it was attempted delivery on the 28th of june but there was no answer and that a redelivery needs to be booked. I have tried to contact the buyer to tell them they need to rebook a delivery but i have had no reply and no response from her. I need to know what i should do next and how likely am i to get my money back

If she files a dispute for non receipt of item and the tracking number does not show the item as being delivered to her then she would more than likely get a refund.

HOWEVER if its not delivered then it should work its way back to you again so you could re-sell it.
