So I sold a top on depop to this girl. 1 month later she does an ‘unauthorised payment’ so the money she sent me was taken out of my account by paypal without saying anything to me even though I have proof of postage. What can I do? How do I get my money back?

An unauthorised transaction means that an account holders Paypal account was hacked and used without their consent by your ?buyer.
If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find in favour of the account holder then of course they are reimbursed.
However you would not lose out either as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection, but as that did not happen you could not have been covered by seller protection, maybe because you only had proof of postage and not trackable proof of delivery?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
