I received a deposit for a vehicle told the man that paid deposit that it was non refundable he never turned up to pick it up so I sold it on now he’s asking for a refund what can I do

Depends 'if' he opens a paypal dispute and depends 'what' he opens it for and depends 'if' he wins.

Yes he’s opened a dispute in PayPal even thought he never showed up to pick vehicle up and kept giving me different excuses every day
