Ummm, no help , thus far,, I scrolled thru bout damn near everything they got to scroll thru & I had some refunded , but then I got it taken back - not a little amount either this is not a little amount to me that's for sure. Also not my bank card so now I have to figure out how to get it back to where it needs to be , also I shouldn't have -! - my friend is a victim as well and off my ACCOUNT. negative balance, left, w/ No response about this misfortune, however my friend also has a gnarly -negative$$$ balance due to this mistake . I'm not sure how this occurred. But I need to have this resolved ASAP all this negative has to go positive some way let me know what is goin on .
