Dispute

I used Paypal for my payment on FoodPanda. After i placed my order, it was cancelled by FoodPanda right away. The reason is unknown. I contacted FoodPanda for my refund but I was told that I should file a dispute to Paypal since the payment did not reflect on their side. Until when should I wait for my refund? Or how do I contact Paypal for this issue? Thank you!

Depends what it says next to the transaction in your paypal account ie unclaimed awaiting authorisation / pending / completed or payment???
