I have a dispute made against me that a product I sold on eBay 3 months ago is not genuine. I have responded to the buyer’s claim and I have since got evidence from the manufacturer that it is genuine. I would like to add this proof to my case but can’t find anywhere to do this. Can anyone help?

Paypal basically has issues with letting people even add more information go call paypal and get them to try to find a way to get the additional info from you cause really paypal didn't even let me counter and auto ruled it in the other parties favor.

Or try this.......
You can log in to your PayPal account and click on the bell icon, then click on Inbox:
You can go to your messages and begin a new message. Choose the right categories for the query and click to continue. The contact form that comes up will have the option below it to attach files.
