If my freelancer had put up a dispute in the freelancer.com for a requested sum, can I override it with a dispute in paypal? I don't feel comfortable enough to dispute it in the freelancer.com as he might have influence there. Will it annul the forfeitire sum if i do not respond to their dispute by me raising up a counter fispute through paypal but ignoring the freelancer.com' dispute as raised by the freelancer?
