Dispute

I opened a dispute for an item that I had ordered that hadn’t arrived and had no shipping information, the seller provided this to PayPal and a few weeks later I eventually received the order so PayPal denied the claim of course. The item I have received couldn’t be more different to what was advertised when I ordered, it isn’t even worth the £5 shipping price. The problem is I couldn’t figure out how to add to my claim/change it and now it’s closed, can anyone help with this please?

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
They may decline citing policies but if you say what happened then they might open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?
