I have a problem. I bought 2 coats from Facebook and at the end the purchase was made from China. Their page not existing enymore. I received the items and the quality is terrible and the profucts are absolutely different from what was on the photos. I opened the dispute and now I need to send them back.
I been to post and sent them. I ve got receipts. But there no tracking number there... Does it mean I lost my money?
