Has anyone had a problem communicating with PayPal? How can I get in touch with someone. I’ve sent numerous messages but don’t know if they’ve gotten through. I’ve had a problem with a product I ordered in March have never received and paid for. I’ve tried resolving this with company but did not have any luck so I put in a dispute and the date to when PayPal will get back to me keeps getting pushed out. I don’t know what to do.

Think paypal are inundated at the moment with claims from folks that bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads.

So all claims are taking longer and all you can do is wait for your turn in the long queue.
