I use PayPal to purchase an item under my email, but not my PayPal account. Now PayPal wants to link this purchase to my Paypal account and therefore is not finding the transaction. The item never arrived and I am unable to contact the seller. The link provided to the seller's store does not work. I believe this is a bogus seller and I'm trying to get a refund.
