So since you are not USPS and you were not the one shipping it to them its not your fault and the buyer is trying to scam you so if they are trying to get there money back for a damaged box they are trying to scam you and I would put that in the reply that you send back on that dispute and if your lose the case phone PayPal Customer Service and get them to reopen the case and tell them you are not USPS or a carrier company and that boxes get damaged all the time!
