My mother-in-law used my phone without my permission and sent herself $320 I'm furious I filed a dispute and paypal said it was not unauthorized. That was my rent money I'm going to be homeless during a pandemic help!!!!!!

Sadly the responsibility of keeping your paypal account / password / phone safe is up to you.

By allowing a family member access to it albeit not with your consent is sadly up to you.

Take it up with your mother in law?
