I bought something from a seller and it is missing items that was not disclosed. I have tried to contact the seller through FB and also email but her email that is listed in PayPal is incorrect. So I filed a dispute but it said that the claim was emailed to her and I should wait to hear. Obviously she won’t get it since I already tried to email her and the email was incorrect. What should I do? Should I escalate the claim? Is there other ways PayPal contacts a seller? TIA

Escalate to a claim, if seller does not respond to a paypal's communication, they will eventually rule your favor.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
