I bought a pair of shoes from an app through PayPal, sold those shoes to someone else. The person i sold them to got them checked and they turned out to be fake so i refunded him and he is sending them back to me. I opened a claim with PayPal and the person i purchased the shoes from first, PayPal has said that I need to update the tracking information by the 5th of July to prove that I'm shipping them back to the original sender. The only thing is the estimated shipping for the shoes to get back to me is the 4th to the 10th of July. How do i ask PayPal for an extension on the time period i have to ship the shoes back to the original seller. Otherwise i am not eligible for a refund.

I doubt they will do that but you can but ask.
You should really have waited until you had the items back before you opened your dispute.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
