I ordered from a company that was a scam where you dont receive exactly what you ordered. I found this out later. The companies web site even says they ship from us warehouse. No China! I did receive it but returned it unopened and now I have been denied and have to pay for something I dont have!!! Help
Did you refused the package? Or did you return it with it's own tracking number? You did something to invalidate the purchase protection. Not sure what it is exactly.
Contact customer service for assistance and ask them why your claim was denied and say you don't understand why you were denied:
