If I ordered something in November and won’t be receiving it until January is this reason for a dispute? It was Christmas gifts

I'd say no because it will fall under buyer's remorse type reason. The items are as described but it did not meet your expectations. You can always request expedited shipping (ie. overnight or one/two day shipping).
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

If its going to take that long then you could raise a dispute for non receipt of item and the seller would normally only get another 10 days to refund you if they could not prove trackable proof of delivery.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
