Hello, I ordered 3 dresses. Seller sent me one garbage dress, horrible something completely else , what I order. My dispute is in resolution center fir weeks in status control of case. I dont know what to do what are the next steps to get my money back. Can anybody help me? Can anybody help me in slovak , czeck or german language? I dont undrstand the rules, what should I do.
