I had a dispute launched by pay pal against Yokawa Network Limited they took payment but I never received item. My claim was denied $89+ US dollars because Yokawa said it was delivered. Claim was denied on that basis. I would like to see what proof the company had that it was delivered because I did not receive it. And I am wondering how pay pal ruled in the company’s favor by the company saying it had been delivered.
