Dispute with Apple app store

I noted an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account from Apple iTunes/App store last month. I have not used Apple products for over 6 years. I filed a dispute with PayPal after contacting Apple, who had no record of the transaction. PayPal closed my dispute by refunding the charge, but provided no information about the transaction. How do I know this won't happen again?
