Dispute went in favour of seller with fraudulent evidence provided.

Hi,

I recently made a purchase and the virtual goods were not delivered as I refused to give a picture of my passport (?!?) which was demanded by the website for the goods to be delivered. I opened a dispute but paypal has sided with the seller saying evidence was provided that the items had been recieved, which they have not. I now have evidence in the form of a screenshot in a chat with the seller in which they admit the items were not delivered. I want to reopen the dispute with this evidence, is it possible to do so?

Thank you.

Hi @Rhoanbirch,

I'm sorry to hear about the concerns that you faced with this purchase, but I'm glad that you were cautious about the situation! Please send any supporting information to complaint-response@paypal.com to see if this can still be appealed. Thank you!
