Hi, I just purchased something through Grailed yesterday around 2PM (Sydney time). A few after that, I received an email from Grailed admin say the seller is fake and I should claim my money back. I tried to message the seller but he didn’t reply back, may I know can I still claim the money with all the evidences incase the seller won’t reply back to me?
