Dispute the unauthorized charges

I was denied for the dispute of 2 unauthorized charges happened on my PayPal, without my permission. 

I want to know why I am not getting my money which was used without my permission from my account

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I don't  see a phone number  to call for help, I already submitted my claim in resolution center. I need to speak with a human about this issue
