I'm having this issue too. Calling paypal <removed> is no help and always results in "we can't support your inquiry over the phone at this time" without being able to talk to anyone.
I'm to the point of just filing a chargeback with my credit card company.
I am having the same problem. mine was a dispute regarding a scam. The seller pretended to sell something different and sent me a cheap unrelated product. I filed a claim with paypal but when I checked the resolution date kept extending, and then now there's no result date anymore. I might have to just go to my bank and put it in a claim there.
