Well i thought everything was going to be ok.i messaged paypay and this is what the rep messaged me back. I understand your situation. Right now, I can see that the case open with this transaction. The seller got 9 days to reply to our notification. If they don’t reply, this will guarantee you a refund April 12, 2021. No additional steps are needed from you and since the case is already filed, once refunded, the money will go back to the same card that's being used the transaction that ends with 2712. Please allow 5 business days or 1 billing cycle to see the credit posted. Well the day came and went so i message them back.i am then told i was misinformed that by the rep. The policy states it takes 20 days.its going on 2 months now and they still have made no decision.is this normal?why would they take so long?
