Dispute started less then 24 after auction closed

Had a eBay auction close last night buyer paid and I shipped today I just found out buyer started a dispute saying he hasn’t received item yet I shipped it this morning so in less than 15 hours auction closed item was paid for and item was shipped but the money is on hold does this seem right

Enter your tracking number and when it shows the item as delivered the dispute would be closed by paypal.
