Dispute resolved and not in my favour

I recently purchased @ LUMI digital keyboards in response to a Facebook Advertisement. I paid over £50 for the pair which was cheap. As I paid for these by Paypal I felt assured I could return them if there was an Issue. A Package arrived from China several weeks later containing 2 cheap plastic mouth organs. I opened a dispute. Today I've received notification that the case has been resolved but not in my favour. The reason given is that there is tracking information that the items were delivered. The Items were delivered But not the Items which I ordered. I just keep going roud in circles when trying to reopen this case and get the fair and proper decision. I Thought Paypal protected you in  such cases.

Any help gratefully received.

PayPal does protect you when you file the right case. Item Not Received (INR) claims are for when you received nothing or the seller did not ship your order. Hence why you keep going around in circle and losing. You want to file Significantly Not As Described or this option:

I received an item that's significantly not as described

The product or service was significantly not as described in your order.

Call PayPal customer service to change the claim reason to a SNAD (Significantly Not As Described)

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Or contact via social media:

Where do people find these sites when you have the official Lumi site warning of scams: https://playlumi.com. If it took several weeks for the items to arrive, that means you ordered them before early 2020, the time they are actually available to retailers for sale.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
