I purchased something in May and tried to return it to the seller in August. They agreed to refund my money but said their PayPal account was not able to refund right away and they were working on fixing it. They strung me along until 180 days after the purchase. I have the eamil trail where they said they would refund, is there any recourse with Paypal. I attempted to resolve the issue with the seller, just like PayPal asks us to do but they were less than honest with me.
Do I have any recourse with PayPal?
