I am trying to provide the additional requested information (proof of shipment) of item I need to send back to merchant to get it refunded since it was not as described, but whenever i submit any tracking numbers as text/pictures through the respond button in the resolution centre, it doesn't work. It just results in 'let's try that again' and 'looks like something went wrong on our end'. So I had called paypal on Friday providing the tracking number, however the status of the dispute hasn't been updated.
This dispute is going to close tomorrow, so I hope that what I provided to the customer service agent will be enough proof somehow.
