Hi, has anyone else had Paypal refund the customer as they didn't receive the item specifically because the customer provided an incorrect address?
It seems terribly unfair as a seller if we sent and delivered as required (Aus Post delivered next business day) but we wear the costs of the customers mistake?? Tracking showed delivered. but since the customer lodged an enquiry with Aus Post and said it wasn't delivered (because she didnt provide a unit number at all) Aus Post updated the tracking to say pending, and now Paypal see that as not delivered properly on our part.
I thought seller protection would cover something like this??
Would love to know if others have had the same experience.
