Good morning
I ordered a Christmas wreath for my front door but when it arrived it was a piece of paper with a picture on it, so not what I ordered. The return address on the parcel is in Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia but the sender wants me to send the parcel back to an address in China? I don't believe this is fair and the address they want me to send it to is also written in Chinese? Please help any suggestions what to do?
thanks Lyndell

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
You could go through the dispute process and if paypal find in your favour then they should give you an english version of the address.
Also hope you have activated the link in case you are asked to return to get help with return costs.
