Hi Just wondering if there is a way to respond the email received from PayPal following a dispute being opened for an item I purchased that is faulty? The response says I have to send the item back overseas with tracking at my expense- I have no issue sending the item back but the cost to post it back is half the cost of the refund. I don't believe it's fair that I should have to pay to return a faulty item but the resolution centre only gives me space to enter the tracking number.

You're not entitled to return costs with disputes by PayPal. Return costs are not refunded because PayPal cannot force the seller to refund more than what you originally paid. Seller would have to agree and follow through on sending you a separate payment for that. Otherwise, you have to return it on your dime and then get reimbursed by PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
