I ordered a battery powered chainsaw. I received a chain with straps on each end. The product I bought and was invoiced for is not what I received. The seller’s website and email are no longer available. PayPal and the seller have agreed to refund my money if I post the item back at my own expense. The item was not what I ordered. I have already paid postage. Why should I have to pay postage again. I believe the postage will cost as much as my refund will be and is hardly worth my while, however I am left with a useless item I neither want nor ordered. How is this right and fair. I expected to receive what I ordered. The seller is a fraud and legal action should be taken against sellers like this.
