Dispute ran out of time

I made a dispute in April about a phone I purchased that was reported stolen I got the dispute but I couldn’t send my phone in time due to the fact that it was the only phone I had and I needed it for my job. The day I got a replacement phone the dispute was solved in the sellers favor what should I do I lost 640$
