I have sold a tablet from ebay and sent the tracking number and did all my part and all what was asked of me. Pay pal told me to wait 24-48 hours for payment and i said ok. Later on apparently pay pal deducted twice from the buyers account and now i have to buy gift cards for the buyer, which i never ever agreed to. Pay pal will not give me the money that is owed to me. From the beginning i told the buyer i do not have money to buy gift cards and i still do not.
