I brought pair of trainers off depop Via PayPal to be blocked by the seller and then I received a message saying their account got hacked and they weren’t actually selling the trainers, so I paid £120 to them through PayPal however I didn’t know how to file a dispute properly and opened a dispute for unauthorised transaction when I didn’t mean to do that now my case has been closed and I can’t file another dispute I’ve paid £120 to someone and I’m not going to receive anything what do I do? I can’t contact no one on PayPal they keep sending me to resolution Center but I can’t file another dispute on this transaction. My bank can’t do nothing as they say it’s down to pay pal but I can’t contact no one on pay pal please help me!
