Dispute page is broken - Can't upload files

Hi,

I'm having issues resolving a dispute on PayPal with one of my customers.

When I upload the proof and click "Submit", nothing happens. I've checked the console and it looks like the actual PayPal website has an issue, see screenshot:

This pops up whenever I click Submit, which means I can't resolve my dispute.

I've tried different browsers, computers, and even submitting the dispute on my phone, it's broken on every device I try it on.

Any ideas?
