A guest of mine sent himself $800 from my PP acct. as I slept. I found out when PP texted me & I said unauthorized. They held funds for 2 days then told me it was authorized because IP address was the same & released funds. CSRs make up a new story every time I message but never address my questions. It clearly falls under their own definition of unauthorized & IP address is my ISP network.
